
Adam M. Schwartz
As an associate at Havens Limited, Adam Schwartz is involved in a wide variety of civil litigation matters; and is currently litigating complex title insurance cases across the state.
Prior to joining Havens Limited, Adam specialized in working with discovery documents regarding computer software applications.
As a law clerk, he focused on corporate formation and termination issues and as a research fellow at The Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law, he was involved in Blakely v. Washington and on creating sentencing guidelines for the “Sentencing Law & Policy” web site. He also served as a Supreme Court of Ohio judicial intern for the Honorable Maureen O’Conner; as a research assistant for Moritz law professor, Morgan Shipman; and a law clerk for the Office of the State Auditor of Ohio.
