Chanin manages accounting and finance for Rudolph Investments, Havens Limited and Cardinal Title. Chanin began as a property manager at our Basil Western facility, an office warehouse and storage asset, with its development in 2002. She has more than ten years of experience accounting for numerous closely held assets.
Chanin is responsible for implementing accounting processes across all entities to ensure consistency and efficiency of financial information. She handles accounts payable and receivable, creates regular financial reports, end of month processes, reconciliations and monitors company budgets.
Chanin organizes and participates in several benefit fundraisers each year in her community and surrounding areas. She also enjoys camping, riding motorcycles, turning wrenches at Founds Cycle Service with her other half, Brian, and THE Ohio State Buckeyes football.
