Jim Havens receives President's Award from Ohio Land Title Association
Jim Havens, founder of Cardinal Title, received the President's Award from Amy Kaspar, outgoing president of the Ohio Land Title Association in September 2010. Havens has been integrally involved in Ohio legislative issues that concern OLTA and the title insurance industry. "I am honored to present this year's President's Award to Jim Havens for outstanding service to the Association and to the Presidency," Kaspar said during the presentation. "His testimony and his support at hearings were invaluable."
